How do you restore the Recycle Bin onto the desktop?

Download the registry file below:

Save it to your desktop
Double click the .reg file
Agree to the prompts
Right click on your desktop away form any icons and click refresh
Right click on the recycle bin icon and click properties
Un-check the turn off recycle bin block if checked
